Andrei Dusu is a proven product and data leader with over 15 years of experience in complex projects found at the intersection of product innovation, commercial growth, and business strategy. As Chief Product Officer at Happening, part of Superbet Group, he is steering an ambitious roadmap designed to redefine sports-entertainment and gaming for global audiences, by creating a unique and immersive ecosystem of experiences.

Andrei’s career includes start-ups, scale-ups, and large corporations, across EMEA and US. Before Happening, he co-founded a B2B SaaS in the Data space. He held various roles at Google in the Ads product space, primarily focusing on growing YouTube in EMEA.

Earlier in his career he led Product and Data at OLX Europe (now Prosus) and spent 6 years in McKinsey Company, where he advised C-suite clients on digital transformation and growth.
