Josephine recently joined Superbet’s executive team as Group Chief Transformation Officer, where she leads international market expansion, digital transformation, business innovation, and supports the Strategy and M&A agenda.

With over 18 years of experience spanning tech start-ups to Private Equity, Josephine has a strong track record of delivering transformational change in complex, high-growth environments.

Most recently, she served as Interim CEO of an entertainment company and as a Senior Technology Advisor to Private Equity fund CVC. Prior to that, she spent five years at Permira as an Operating Partner, where she led post-merger integrations, drove operational efficiency, enabled commercial growth and technology-driven initiatives, and conducted numerous due diligences. She also established and led the digital transformation practice across a portfolio of ~60 companies and served as a Board Observer for several multi-billion-dollar businesses.

Earlier in her career, Josephine was Chief Transformation Officer at an Insurtech company, where she led a major turnaround. She also spent six years as a Strategy Consultant with McKinsey & Company, working across the Paris and London offices. She began her career as an engineer, where she patented and developed the algorithm and code for the world’s first 4G handset in 2007.
